Crave of the Moment: Get The Boot!

Fall/Winter 08/09 for men's footwear is all about updating your shoe/boot collection with new innovative and recreated boot styles. Innovation and renovation in boot fashion has traditionally mainly occurred in women's footwear but that is no longer the case. There is a wide array of different boot styles available for men, including snow boots, mountain boots, hiking & woods boots, biker boots, military boots, and the hybrid sneaker boot.

Sneaker boots (pictured above) are of course a cross breed between sneakers and boots. They allow wearers to enjoy the comfort and trendiness of a sneaker, but also provides the protection and warmth of a boot. They also are very versatile and can be paired with almost anything.

Mountain boots (pictured above) have been reintroduced to the fashion industry this fall, but this time they are more fashion forward and are actually aesthetically pleasing. These edgy boots, are no longer geared towards utility use, but for  fashion statements instead. They look best when paired with skinny/slim jeans, tees, sweaters, and leather/faux leather outerwear.
